Description

Spruce essential oil is a pale yellow color liquid with woody and spicy fragrance. This natural product is extracted through the steam distillation process where the Spruce tree\s needles and twigs are used as raw material. It possesses outstanding medicinal properties which helps in treating the various health concerns. Spruce is scientifically known as Picea mariana. Spruce essential oil is for the treatment of skin wounds, arthritis, anxiety, and stress. It’s good for providing calmness of mind. If applied directly or massaged on the muscles, it provides relaxation. Besides all this, Spruce oil is good for respiratory problems and helps in boosting the immune system of the body. It can be good against various skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis.
