The Cedarwood essential oil is extracted from the Cedar Trees in the Himalayan Mountains and has a mesmerizing fragrance. This natural product has slightly sweeter and stronger middle notes than the Atlas Cedarwood. Himalayan Cedarwood oil has been used for centuries for different purposes where it’s widely used in the perfumery, cosmetics, and embalming purposes. It’s an evergreen tree that can rise up to the height of 50 m, and mainly found in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Sometimes, it’s also called the Tibetan Cedarwood. It has antiseptic, antifungal, antispasmodic, diuretic, insecticidal, and anti-inflammatory properties. Cedarwood essential oil is excellent to boost the immune system, improves hair growth, treating dandruff, and scalp eczema. Its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties make it an effective natural product for the skin.
